1. What is the Shokz Referral Program?
The Shokz Referral Program allows you to earn rewards by referring your friends to purchase Shokz products. As a referrer, you will receive a 15% discount code and an additional 1-year warranty (on top of the standard Shokz 2-year warranty).

2. How does the referral program work?
The Shokz Referral Program rewards members for inviting friends or family to shop at the official Shokz store. Both the referrer and the referred friend receive rewards for successful referrals. Here's how to participate:
- Log into the Shokz Referral homepage to obtain your exclusive referral link.
- Share the link with friends or family.
- When your friend clicks the referral link and submits their email address, they will receive a reward code. If they complete their first order (with a minimum order value of £79.95) within the validity period of the discount code on https://uk.shokz.com/ and do not request a refund within 30 days of shipment, both you and your referred friend will receive the rewards.
3. What are the conditions for participating in the referral program?
- This program is available exclusively on https://uk.shokz.com/ and is open to all users in the UK. To participate, provide a valid email address, agree to the terms and conditions, and you’re ready to refer friends and family.
- Self-referrals are prohibited to ensure fairness; this includes using the same email, IP address, or browser session. Non-compliant referrals will be deemed invalid.

5. Conditions for a Successful Referral:
- The invitee must use your unique referral link to make their first purchase at https://uk.shokz.com/, and each invitee can only be referred once.
- If the referred customer clicks multiple referral links, the successful order will be attributed to the last referral link they clicked before completing their purchase.
- Shokz will evaluate orders to ensure that the referred customer has not requested a refund within 30 days of purchase. Only orders meeting these criteria will be approved, triggering an email to you to claim your reward.
- The referral link must not be shared inappropriately, sold, or used illegally.
6. How can I check rewards and distribution timing?
- Log into the Shokz Referral Page and click “Your Rewards” to view your referral status.
- When your referral makes a purchase, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Reward eligibility will be reviewed within 30 days after the date of the order. Once approved, you will be notified via email to claim your reward.
7. Termination and Charges
- Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program or individual participation for any reason at its discretion.
- In cases of detected abuse, fraud, or violations of Terms of Service, Shokz may suspend accounts and revoke referral rewards.
- Shokz rigorously reviews referral activities and may adjust or suspend accounts and referrals based on fair and appropriate judgment.
